The welfare or pastoral care of our Members is of paramount concern to all staff at the College but particularly our Housekeepers, Kitchen Staff, Dean of Students, Master and a team of eleven College Leaders (or Residential Assistants).
Each floor/house has a College Leader who is available to assist Members with queries, ill-health matters, advice, friendly support, a listening ear, encouragement, study issues, etc. The ratio of Members to College Leaders is 19.36:1.
The College Leaders play a very important role in providing a welcoming, homely, caring, supportive and sought-after environment in which Members can thrive in all respects (academically, personally and socially).
